Unopened home textile items can be returned to Velory within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. When a return is not the result of an error on our part, the customer covers return shipping; we cover it when an item arrived defective or was sent incorrectly. For hygiene reasons, opened towels and bedding cannot be accepted for return unless they arrived defective.
