Refund policy

Velory is operated by Aepe Ta INC.

30-Day Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, whether or not the item is defective. To start a return, email support@buyvelory.com with your order number and the reason for the return, then ship the item back using the prepaid return label included in your package. We reply within 1 business day to confirm the return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Shipping and Fees: Return shipping is free. A prepaid return label ships with your order, and we do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will issue a full refund at no cost to you. If the item needs to come back to us, use the prepaid return label included in your package.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
